Daily Schedule Example

Camp Begins at 8:00 a.m. (Before Care 7:00 a.m.)

Summer Camp Extended Care Services Available (additional fee). Campers enrolled in Before Care must be dropped off by 7:30 a.m. to avoid having to wait in the car line.

Curbside Car Line Drop Off

8:00-8:30 a.m.

Campers enjoy social and interactive station activities from

8:00-8:30 a.m. and greet their peers for the day.

Campers will be dropped off as follows:

• A-G: Drop Off – 8:00 a.m.

• H-N: Drop Off – 8:10 a.m.

• O-Z: Drop Off – 8:20 a.m.

Morning Meeting & Devotions

8:30 a.m.

Scholars participate in camp songs, camp cheers, rule review, a daily Bible Story/character lesson, and morning prayer.

Morning Snack

8:45 a.m.

Campers will have an opportunity to fuel up for the day with a delicious snack!

Themed Activity Rotations Begin @ 9:00 a.m.

Age groups will begin theme-based activity station, swim time, crafts, nature walks etc in rotations, so please ensure that your camper arrives on time each day! Campers should arrive to camp daily with their swimsuit under their clothes and bring a change of clothes for after water time.

Lunch

12:00 p.m.

Lunch lasts about 30 minutes. Campers may bring a lunch from home or participate in our hot summer camp hot lunch program

Academic Enrichment

1:00 p.m.

Younger Campers (4-5 yrs.) will have a shorter academic time followed by reading and relax time. Older Campers will have a Summer Bridge Activity Lesson and opportunities for independent reading or time to work on summer learning projects.

Group Play/Specialty Lessons

2:00 p.m.

Campers will have a group activity, elective, or supervised free play. Campers who are signed up for Specialty Lessons will attend their session on select days of summer camp.

Camper Dismissal

4:00-5:45 p.m.

There will be three primarily dismissal times: 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. Please select your daily dismissal time at the time of registration.
